This Group Workshop is to support you to powerfully process your 2024,
so that you can step into 2025 feeling aligned clear, and inspired.
Come in from the dark drizzle of winter, to a table of likeminded equestrians, with a fresh page in your notebook, the exclusive Reflect & Reset worksheet to fill in, a cup of tea in hand and move through powerful questions to reflect & process your year just gone and look forward to 2025.

There will be no resolutions, no pressure to become something you're not - but instead, a chance to come back to you a little bit more.
The session will be be split into three sections: You, your horse and your relationship together. You will be invited to reflect on different thought provoking questions about your 2024 and 2025, which you can fill in on your Reflect & Reset Worksheet. There will be a chance to share, discuss with your group. The session will end with half an hour to create a vision board, encapsulating what you have discovered, and to bring with you as a visual anchor and representation to come back to an add to as the year unfolds.

Hot drinks and yummy cake will be provided in in person workshops.
Truthfully, we never know what the year will bring. BUT when you take the time to set a barometer, a direction, and relax into that direction - the the little decisions are along the way start to gently move you, in alignment with them. And leading you and your horse to an entirely different destination.
